Reservations & Bookings
- All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid payment method.
- Guests are required to provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
Payment Policy
- Guests must pay a 50% advance to secure their booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
- We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments.
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before check-in to receive a full refund of the advance payment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Guests must behave respectfully toward hotel staff and other guests.
- Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
Internet & Wi-Fi
- The hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi to all guests.
- Guests must not use the internet for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
Safety & Security
- The hotel has CCTV surveillance for the safety of guests.
- Guests must comply with fire safety regulations and follow any emergency procedures.
Prohibited Activities
Guests must not:
- Engage in any illegal or immoral activities on the premises.
- Disturb other guests or create excessive noise.
- Bring any hazardous items (e.g., weapons, explosives) into the hotel.
